Allen & Shariff Engineering holds a somewhat unique position within the building systems commissioning community in that our commissioning authorities come from an engineering environment and background and are supported by our team of registered Professional Engineers and designers. This, coupled with our CxA’s comprehensive field experience, allows us to provide superior CxA services to our clients by utilizing these resources to provide high quality basis of design/design intent input, design reviews, value engineering analysis, submittal reviews, Cx specification preparation and system performance analysis and troubleshooting. Our strategic partnership with FacilityONE allows ASE to take commissioning services to the next level by providing facility owners with the necessary SMART® Commissioning tools to monitor and ensure efficient operation of their facilities on a continuous basis.
